Papermaking lubricant series (calcium stearate dispersion)

This series of lubricants is a calcium stearate dispersion liquid made of calcium stearate as the main component and using the current advanced dispersion technology. It is suitable for coating formulation of coated paper and as a lubricant in the coating process. To improve the quality of coated paper. It is widely used in the processing of coated paper such as whiteboard paper and coated paper. The product has the characteristics of high calcium stearate content, small average particle size, good stability and long storage period.

Precautions

The dosage is usually 0.5-2% of dry coating. This product can be directly mixed with coating in high shear mixing equipment without pre-dispersion. When starch is used as a sticky agent, it should be added after the starch is cooked.

It is stable in the range of pH 7.0-11.0. For acidic coating, adjust the pH value of coating before adding this product.

This product should not be in contact with strong acid, so as not to cause the decomposition of calcium stearate.

Packaging and Storage

Calcium stearate dispersions should be stored indoors and should be protected from freezing and prolonged sun exposure.

When the calcium stearate dispersion is not in use, the lid of the bucket should be kept sealed to prevent the loss of water by evaporation.

The products are packed in 50L, 120L, 200L, 1000L plastic barrels.

Under the condition of 4℃~40℃, the shelf life is 12 months.
